Home Visits

Home visits are available in Bundaberg, Childers, Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Gympie, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane (limited locations). All nurses work Part-Time so please make contact to see if a home visit in your location is possible.

Doctors Referral

Although it is ideal to have a referral from your GP or Specialist, it is not essential except in the case of needing a catheter change, then an annual referral must be received from a medical practitioner.

Veterans must have a referral from their GP.

An up-to-date list of your current health problems and current medications will be required.

Confidentiality

Your privacy in these sensitive matters is of the utmost importance. Every effort will be made to maintain this privacy. Coordination of your care may require discussion with your GP or Specialist or other care provider.

Cars are unbranded so that the home visit is not identified.
